Mária Tóth-Bagi joined Akceso as Advisor. Mária has more than 15 years of experience in IT Management in multinational environment in the Pharma industry. She got several business awards for effective management of Global CRM Program (Cloud solution deployed for 27K users) in Novartis after managing ERP (SAP R3) deployment projects in 20+ countries across the globe including business process standardization. While working for Novartis she gained good understanding of strategic/operational needs of various regions and countries, and was succefull in translating them into improved processes and technical solutions. As IT Head for Sales and Marketing in region Asia, Middle East and Africa (Novartis Pharma) her main tasks were driving IT innovation and contributing significantly to Patient Centric and Customer Focus initiatives by enabling new business capabilities. Maria was effectively managing divers and cross cultural teams. As CIO Novartis Pharma Services Maria ensured continuous improvement, rationalization and management of existing systems and operations, driving proper implementation of global standards, policies and system platforms. She was a change agent in a dynamic, fast growing organization.

She got her Master of Sciences degree in Mathematics, with Operation Research specialty at Eotvos Lorand University, Budapest, Hungary in 1980. Beside several executive programs at Harvard, Stanford and IMD, she studied Managerial Control and Management Information Systems in Netherlands International Institute for Management.
