As we gear up for Akceso’s 15th anniversary, we’re pulling back the curtain on our Techie team – the hidden heroes powering the cutting-edge tools our clients rely on daily. They are the experts our clients interact with least, yet their work delivers trustworthy, lightning-fast insights for International Reference Prices
(IRP), MFN strategies, and Evidence-Based Asset Valuation.
Our proprietary tools like the Verity IRP Master Tool, Verity Prices & Reimbursements, and Verity MarketScout are game-changers. These enable precise pricing and reimbursement modeling, helping pharma teams navigate global markets with data-driven confidence. Both for our clients subscribing to them, and for our own team relying on these tools for our advisory work.
Meet our two latest 2025 hires: Dávid Dénes and Szabolcs Vitus. They are supercharging these tools, bringing fresh expertise to make IRP calculations, MFN roadmaps, pricing & access strategy development and biotech asset valuation even faster, more straightforward and grounded in real-world evidence.
Dávid Dénes – Price Modeler
Dávid joined Akceso at the start of 2025, strengthening our Techie team with a focus on DevOps and tool reliability. He’s the go-to expert for maintaining and enhancing our core pricing and reimbursement platforms, including the Verity IRP Master Tool (the advanced launch price planning and in-market price and sales forecasting & optimisation tool) and Verity Prices & Reimbursements – for global price intelligence.
Dávid honed his technical and analytical skills at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In his role, he excels as a full-stack developer, bridging front-end interfaces with robust back-end logic.
Outside work, Dávid stays active with football (soccer), table tennis, and wall climbing. A native Hungarian speaker fluent in English and Romanian, he lives in Cluj-Napoca with his wife – bringing a multicultural edge to our international projects.
Szabolcs Vitus – Junior Access & Price Modeler
Szabolcs also joined us in 2025, diving headfirst into developing, maintaining, and testing Akceso’s pricing and reimbursement tools – powering Verity IRP Master Tool, Verity Prices, and Verity MarketScout. As a Computational Physics student at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, his research explores stochastic simulations and collective phenomena like synchronization and swarming.
This passion for complex systems translates perfectly to his work: modeling how individual market factors evolve into holistic MFN strategies and evidence-based valuations for pharma assets.
An avid outdoorsman, Szabolcs loves bouldering, climbing, trekking, cycling, and skiing. Fluent in Hungarian and English, he thrives in cross-border collaborations.
